Scope of Services

Our maid service packages include general household cleaning such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, and basic kitchen cleaning. Services will be performed according to the agreed schedule and allocated service hours.

Exclusions (Standard Maid Services)

Please note that ironing, laundry, and folding of clothes are not included in the standard maid service package. These services must be requested separately or added as an additional service.

Ironing, Laundry, and Folding Services

When specifically booked, ironing, laundry, and folding services will be carried out based on client instructions and within the allocated service time. Any special garment care requirements must be clearly communicated in advance.

Service Duration

All services will be delivered within the agreed number of hours per visit. Tasks will be prioritised based on time availability.

Additional Hours

Any time required beyond the agreed service duration will be charged at a rate of KYD 20 per hour per service.

Cleaning Supplies and Equipment

All cleaning products, materials, and equipment must be provided by the client. The company will not be responsible for supplying cleaning items unless otherwise agreed in advance, which may incur additional charges.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required upfront prior to the commencement of the service package unless otherwise agreed. Payments are non-refundable once services have commenced. Any additional charges (extra hours or added services) must be settled promptly.

Scheduling and Access

Clients must ensure access to the premises at the scheduled service time. Any delays due to lack of access will not extend the service duration.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide a safe and suitable working environment. Valuables, fragile items, and important documents should be secured prior to service. Clear instructions should be given for any specific cleaning or garment care requirements.

Liability

While our staff exercise due care and professionalism, we are not liable for pre-existing damages, wear and tear from normal cleaning or laundry processes, or damage caused by faulty equipment or unsuitable cleaning products provided by the client.

Staff Conduct

Our staff are trained professionals and are expected to maintain high standards of conduct. Respectful treatment of staff is also expected at all times.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services in situations that are unsafe, hazardous, or inappropriate.

Agreement

By availing of our service package, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
