Scope of Services
Our general cleaning services include routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, wiping surfaces, bathroom sanitation, and basic kitchen cleaning. Any deep cleaning, specialized cleaning, or additional requests must be communicated in advance and may be subject to extra charges.
Exclusions
Ironing, laundry, and folding of clothes are not included in the standard scope of work. These services may be arranged separately upon request and will incur additional fees.
Service Hours
Services will be carried out according to the agreed schedule and duration. Our staff will perform tasks within the allocated time frame.
Additional Hours
Any extension beyond the agreed service time will be charged at a rate of KYD 30 per hour.
Payment Terms
- Full payment is required in advance prior to the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed.
- Payments made are non-refundable once the service has started.
- Any additional charges (extra hours or services) must be settled promptly.

Cleaning Supplies and Equipment
All cleaning products, materials, and equipment must be provided by the client. The company will not be responsible for supplying cleaning items unless otherwise agreed in advance, which may incur additional charges.
Scheduling and Access
Clients must ensure access to the premises at the scheduled time. Delays due to restricted access will not extend the service duration and may result in reduced cleaning time.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

- Clients must ensure a safe and secure working environment.
- Valuables, fragile items, and important documents should be secured prior to service.
