Recurring household refresh – dusting, mopping, vacuuming, bathrooms & kitchen. Choose the bedroom size and the package that you want purchase. Ivory is once a week. Gold is twice a week. Onyx is thrice a week.
Description
100% upfront payment required for all packages. Additional hours billed at KYD 20/hr per staff. Cleaning supplies must be provided by the client.
Keep Your Home Fresh, Clean & Comfortable
Our maid service packages include household cleaning such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, wiping surfaces, bathroom cleaning, and basic kitchen cleaning. Services will be carried out according to the agreed schedule and allocated service hours.

Kitchen
- Clean and disinfect countertops
- Wipe down outside of cabinets
- Clean inside and outside of microwave oven, and outside of oven
- Wipe down outside of fridge
- Sweep and mop the floor
- Remove garbage and replace garbage bags
- Clean backsplash
Living Room & Hallways
- Surface dust of furniture
- Sweep, mop or vacuum floor
Bedroom
- Make bed and change bedding (upon request)
- Surface dust of furniture
- Sweep, mop or vacuum floor
Bathroom
- Clean and disinfect toilet, face basin and shower room
- Clean and shine mirror
- Sweep and mop floor
- Remove garbage and replace garbage bag
- Refill paper towel, toilet paper and liquid soap (if necessary)
Porch
- Sweep and mop

2. Exclusions
Ironing, laundry, and folding of clothes are not included in the standard maid service package. These services may be requested separately and will be subject to additional charges.
3. Service Schedule and Duration
Services will be provided based on the agreed days, number of visits, and hours per service. Tasks will be completed within the allocated time frame.
4. Additional Hours
Any time required beyond the agreed service duration will be charged at a rate of KYD 20 per hour per service.
5. Cleaning Supplies and Equipment
All cleaning products, materials, and equipment must be provided by the client. The company will not be responsible for supplying cleaning items unless otherwise agreed in advance, which may incur additional charges.
6. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required upfront prior to the commencement of the service package unless otherwise agreed.
- Payments are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
- Any additional charges (extra hours or additional services) must be settled promptly.
7. Scheduling and Access
Clients must ensure access to the premises at the scheduled time. Any delay in access may result in reduced service time without adjustment in fees.
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
