Whether you need garments washed and pressed or simply folded and sorted, our trained staff handle each item with care. From delicate fabrics to everyday essentials, we ensure your clothes are returned neat, wrinkle-free, and ready to wear.
Work Tasks
Ironing Starch & Sterling Presentation
- Separate garments that require ironing
- Set iron to appropriate temperature for each fabric
- Iron clothes neatly, removing wrinkles
- Hang or place ironed items properly to avoid creasing
Laundry Garment Linge
- Sort clothes by color and fabric type
- Check pockets and remove any items
- Select correct wash cycle and start machine
- Transfer clothes to dryer or hang to air dry as needed
Folding Garment Prep
- Fold dry clothes neatly (shirts, pants, towels, etc.)
- Pair socks and organize small items
- Stack or arrange folded items by category
Terms & Conditions — Ironing, Laundry, and Folding Services
1. Scope of Services
Our ironing, laundry, and folding services include washing, drying, ironing, and neatly folding garments as instructed by the client. Services will be carried out based on the agreed schedule and time allocation.
2. Exclusions
These services are not included in general cleaning or maid service packages and must be booked separately.
3. Additional Hours
Any service time exceeding the agreed schedule will be charged at a rate of KYD 20 per hour.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide clear instructions regarding washing, ironing preferences, and garment handling.
- All garments should be checked for valuables prior to service (e.g., money, jewelry, or personal items in pockets).
- Clients must inform us of any special fabric care requirements.
5. Supplies and Equipment
- Clients are required to provide laundry detergents, fabric softeners, and other preferred products unless otherwise agreed.
- If the company provides supplies, additional charges may apply.
6. Turnaround Time
Service completion time may vary depending on the volume of items and service duration booked. Specific deadlines must be agreed upon in advance.
7. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required upfront prior to the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed.
- Any additional charges must be settled upon completion of the service.
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
