You may reschedule or cancel without penalty up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% charge to cover staff scheduling. Same-day cancellations or no access is charged 100%.
All bookings are prepaid online at checkout. Flat rate = no surprise invoices. Gratuity is never expected but always appreciated and can be added after service.
Yes. We service all of Grand Cayman including Seven Mile, South Sound, West Bay, George Town, and East End. A travel surcharge may apply for North Side and East End on bookings under 8 hours.
No contracts. Book as needed. Clients who book weekly or biweekly receive priority scheduling. Ask about Ivory Membership after your first Royal Clean.

Yes, we require a quick walkthrough for all general cleaning services. This allows us to properly assess the property, understand the client’s needs, and provide an accurate quotation and service plan.
Our general cleaning service covers routine household cleaning such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, and basic kitchen cleaning.
No, laundry, ironing, and folding are not included in general cleaning services. These can be booked separately upon request.
Yes, we will provide all necessary cleaning products, tools, and materials required for general cleaning.
The service duration depends on your needs. We can recommend the number of hours after assessing the size and condition of your property.
