Why is there a 5-hour minimum?

Setup and execution to a gold-standard takes time. Under 5 hours the result isn’t Clean Cayman quality. The minimum protects your result and our schedule.

What is the difference between Housekeeping Maid service and General Residantial Care Restoration Service?

Housekeeping = weekly maintenance to keep your home in order.
Restoration Service = intensive work: baseboards, inside appliances, window interiors, steam cleaning. Book this as the Onyx Package — Estate Reset

Do I need to provide supplies or equipment?

Yes. Leave them on the counter with a note.

Do I need to be home?

No. Most clients provide access via lockbox, door code, or concierge. We are insured and discretion is standard. You’ll receive a signed scope checklist when service is complete.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

You may reschedule or cancel without penalty up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% charge to cover staff scheduling. Same-day cancellations or no access is charged 100%.

How does payment work?

All bookings are prepaid online at checkout. Flat rate = no surprise invoices. Gratuity is never expected but always appreciated and can be added after service.

Do you service my area?

Yes. We service all of Grand Cayman including Seven Mile, South Sound, West Bay, George Town, and East End. A travel surcharge may apply for North Side and East End on bookings under 8 hours.

Is there a contract or subscription?

No contracts. Book as needed. Clients who book weekly or biweekly receive priority scheduling. Ask about Ivory Membership after your first Royal Clean.

How do I book an Estate Reset instead of the Royal Clean?

On the booking page, select Onyx Package — Estate Reset. Or book a Royal Clean and add “Restoration Service” in the notes. We’ll confirm scope and timing before arrival.

General Residential Care

Do you require a walkthrough before the service?

Yes, we require a quick walkthrough for all general cleaning services. This allows us to properly assess the property, understand the client’s needs, and provide an accurate quotation and service plan.

What does your general cleaning service include?

Our general cleaning service covers routine household cleaning such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, and basic kitchen cleaning.

Do you include laundry, ironing, and folding?

No, laundry, ironing, and folding are not included in general cleaning services. These can be booked separately upon request.

Do you provide cleaning supplies?

Yes, we will provide all necessary cleaning products, tools, and materials required for general cleaning.

How many hours is the service?

The service duration depends on your needs. We can recommend the number of hours after assessing the size and condition of your property.

How many staff will be assigned?

This depends on the package or service booked. Typically, we assign one or two staff members.

How much does the service cost?

Pricing depends on the size of the property, number of hours, and number of staff required. We can provide a quotation after the walkthrough and assessment.

Do you offer packages for general cleaning?

For general cleaning services, we are currently not offering packages. Services are provided on a one-time or per-service basis only

What is your payment policy?

We require 100% upfront payment.

Can I request additional hours if needed?

Yes, additional hours can be requested and will be charged accordingly based on our hourly rate.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Do I need to be at home during the service?

It is not required, as long as access to the property is arranged in advance.

What areas do you service?

We provide services for residential and commercial properties, including houses, apartments, offices, medical clinics, and other establishments.
