• Only one 3-seater sofa included for Annual contract on all 3 tiers packages.
• Only one mattress cleaning included for Half Yearly & Yearly Packages on all 3 tiers packages.
• Only one bedroom carpet or of the same size included for the Annual contract on Gold and Platinum packages.
• Carpet cleaning will be an option to choose between sofa and carpet for the Annual contract in the Silver package.
• No refunds.
